Following a link
A source citation may take you away from MonthEndKit. The destination’s privacy terms then apply. Email links use your own mail program and provider. The recipient’s mail service also handles the message. Choosing a link alone is not sending an email.
Writing to the publication
Email includes the sender’s address and chosen message. Private statements and payroll records do not belong there. Exclude clients’ names, account numbers and login information. Publication correspondence has no stated retention duration here. Sending a message is your choice.
